In the case of purchasing an antique item, it is possible that the shipment may be delayed for a few weeks because, according to Italian laws, we are required to request and obtain additional documents necessary for the export of goods of artistic value. This right consists of the right to return the purchased item to the seller and the consequent refund of the purchase price. In the case of a return for non-conforming items, please note that in order to obtain a refund, including shipping costs, it is necessary to provide photos of the damaged package or any broken items received. The photos must reach us no later than 10 working days after delivery. The return is at the expense and responsibility of the customer.

If it is not specified that the furniture has been restored by our workshops, it may be missing small parts, have parts to be glued, present scratches or small dents, small carpentry or woodworm. In the case of veneers, there may be small raised or missing parts.

The hardware may not be complete (missing original keys) or not original as it has been replaced during its long lifespan to adapt the furniture to the new taste. If some details are not apparent from the photos, what is reported in the description prevails.
